Special network screen changer device for PET and PVB products
The mesh screen changer is a manual or automatic switching device comprising one or more screens for filtering out foreign particles and impurities while plasticizing the material flow through the mesh. The filter is supported by an alloy porous plate. The porous plate is mounted on a plate or column type carrier, and the carrier can be moved to switch between the working position of a system and the off-line position of the off-line. The exchanger can be installed in any new or existing extruder, melt pump, reactor or other extrusion line. It can be used to filter any type of polymer, rubber or ceramic melt.
Many plastics machinery users do not yet know that plastic machines can be replaced with mesh screen changer. If the exchanger is added, it can not only filter out the impurities, but also greatly improve the plasticization and homogenization effect of the raw material. The quality of the product is even more uniform, the surface quality and the smoothness are better. In addition, the filter can be replaced without shutting down, saving energy and reducing consumption, and at the same time increasing production and reducing labor intensity. The use of screen changer saves manpower, saves cost and improves production efficiency.
At present, the most common one is the hydraulic screen changer and the manual switching device, and the second is the plunger type non-stop switching device. Because of the high cost of the plug type non-stop switching device, the less users in China are used. The following is a simple introduction of the hydraulic net exchanger and the manual net switch.
