Single pillar hydraulic screen changer

Single pillar hydraulic screen changer also be called slide piston hydraulic screen changer ,This type screen changers for extruder compatible with various extrusion production for most polymers at high pressure, temperature and production throughput.

1. Slide column screen changer is designed with elliptical bore which doubles the filtering quantity, and ensuring high output.

2. Equipped with extremely precise electrical ruler controlling system, it enjoys very smooth and quick changing motion. Hydraulic controlling system ensure secure operation.

3. Thescreen changer for recycling processes works well even under the high temperature of 300°C and high pressure of 25Mpa-50Mpa.
